The Chocobeans, a strong hand in a velvet glove. A crunchy and intense coffee bean, delicately coated in dark chocolate that reveals all its finesse. With each bite, the liveliness of the coffee harmonizes with the sweetness of the cocoa for a tasting experience that is both elegant and comforting. A creation born from the collaboration with the artisan chocolatier Vandenhende.

EASY PEASY
A pioneering producer of sustainability in Brazil


Located in the prestigious Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil, the Daterra farm has been producing coffees recognized for their consistency and quality since 1976. The terroir benefits from an ideal climate for growing arabica coffee: cool, dry winters, hot, humid summers, and perfectly suited altitude.

Daterra, which means 'From the earth', is a pioneer of sustainability in Brazil. The first farm in the country supported by the Rainforest Alliance, it is now a global reference in environmental and quality innovation.

The farm is particularly recognized for its commitment to carbon neutrality and responsible agricultural practices, ensuring a coffee that respects nature and producers.

We had the opportunity to meet Fernanda, who explained to us how the founder's letter with the goals and values is still used today to make their decisions, particularly to enable them to be carbon negative.
