A committed coffee at the heart of the Sierra Nevada
We have chosen to strengthen our collaboration with the Red Ecolsierra cooperative, the source of Wild Crush coffee. Under the leadership of its director, Mildred Niebles, the cooperative continuously works to improve the quality of the coffees produced while advocating for an agricultural model that respects the balance between man and nature.
Located in the heart of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Red Ecolsierra pursues a mission that is social, environmental, and qualitative. It actively participates in the reconstruction of Colombian communities after decades of civil conflict, a commitment recognized in 2017 with the "Emprender Paz" award. The cooperative also works towards the regeneration of this unique ecosystem, classified by UNESCO as the highest coastal mountain in the world, while developing innovative practices aimed at improving the quality of specialty coffee.
As a result of this committed approach, this coffee benefits from organic and Fairtrade certifications, ensuring responsible and sustainable production.
