This is not tea… but an invitation to discover coffee in a different way. The coffee leaves are dried and dehydrated using a process similar to that of green tea. The resulting infusion resembles that of a classic green tea, both in its subtle aromas and its lightness on the palate.

Leaves produced biodynamically in Guatemala


All coffees produced at Finca Santa Isabel are grown in the dense shade of a highly protected ecosystem. Guided by his principles of environmental preservation, Alex began exploring biodynamic practices to improve the health and quality of his coffees.

The result is excellent quality coffee leaves for infusion! The selection of leaves is preferably done at a time when there is not too much humidity or dryness. Only high-quality leaves are selected. A process similar to that of green tea is then followed, along with dehydration and storage.
